3 ways with Compliments Naturally Simple Shrimp

1. Go tapas style with roasted shrimp

Defrost shrimp; pat dry. Toss with olive oil and salt, add to pan with a few green olives and cooked rounds of chorizo. Roast at 400°F/220°C for 6-8 minutes, until shrimp turns bright pink.

2. Serve surf & turf for dinner

Toss defrosted shrimp into pan with knob of salted butter and a splash of wine. Sauté on medium heat until bright pink. Sprinkle with fresh herbs (parsley or tarragon). Scatter over seared steak.

3. Have fun with shrimp skewers

Broil defrosted shrimp just until bright pink on both sides. Skewer shrimp with cooked and cooled cheese tortellini. Drizzle with pesto and serve.
