Ketchup Chip Crumbs

Don't toss your ketchup chips just yet. 

Re-use your Ketchup chip crumbs for an added shot of flavour.

1. A Flavourful Binder

Crush chips into fine crumbs and use instead of bread crumbs as a binder in meatloaf or burgers to amp up the flavour.

2. A Crispy Coating

Crush chips into coarse crumbs. Dip white fish into flour, transfer to a bowl of beaten eggs, then add the crushed ketchup chips. Bake until golden brown or the fish flakes easily when tested. It's a burst of flavour you didn't know you needed!
