It’s the best of both worlds – an ooey-gooey warm s’more and a cool, creamy ice cream sammy – all in one. Arrange marshmallows on graham crackers and broil until golden and puffed. Drizzle a spoonful of melted chocolate on the marshmallows, and let cool. Top each with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, and press a second graham cracker gently on top. Serve and enjoy!

4. S’mores Pops

Here’s a tip for enjoying s’mores without risking sticky hands: Serve them on a stick! Place finely crushed graham crackers into a shallow dish. Insert a stick into each marshmallow, and dip it one-third of the way into melted chocolate and then in the graham crumbs. Refrigerate until firm on a waxed paper-lined tray.

5. S'mores fancies

Fresh fruit, melted cheese, and chocolate come together in this unexpected yet elegant (and extra-tasty) s’more. Here’s how to make them: Arrange graham crackers on a baking sheet and top each of them with a piece of chocolate and then Brie. Broil until the chocolate melts and the cheese softens. Remove from the oven and top each with a peach slice, followed by a graham cracker.
